All class timetables can be found on Abode's Client Scheduling Page - https://therealabode.as.me. Once there, just click Select on the Group Classes category, then click Book on a class type. A calendar will appear below (for that specific class type) showing the date, time and availability of all bookable classes for the next 30 days.
Abode’s group classes come in 2 different levels; Foundation & Expansion.
Foundation Classes are best suited to beginners, clients that are pre or post natal and those with injuries looking for a slower-paced session.
Expansion Classes are best suited to more experienced clients that are confident using a reformer and would prefer a higher intensity session.
Private Classes are bespoke style classes that are tailored specifically to the individual/s.
Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes before their class is scheduled to begin.
Clients are advised to attend classes in appropriate clothing. (Clothes suitable for physical activity. I.E. Breathable, non-restrictive, comfortable etc.).
Grip socks are recommended for all Reformer Pilates classes.
Bringing some water to class is also recommended as clients are encouraged to stay hydrated during physical activity. Chilled, bottled water is available for purchase at The Hub.
To reschedule / cancel bookings, click Change / Cancel appointment in the initial confirmation email you receive after booking. This takes you back to your confirmation page, where you can either click Reschedule to choose a new date and time, or simply cancel your booking.
Late cancellations are not re-credited and no-show fees apply; be sure to review Abode’s T&Cs for a detailed breakdown of its policies.
